Play games, getting strikeouts and hitting various landmarks to obtain points. It takes 50 points to buy a pack of cards. Keep buying cards until you get a full team of 4 pros. If you ever get 4 or more of the same player (4 because that allows you to still keep the card) then trade that player for a player that you need on another team that already has the other 3 pros on it.
