This is attainable in the TAIGA level.

Near the beginning of the level, after you get fished out of a river, you will stumble upon a deserted children's camp. There aren't any enemies in this location. In the right corner of that area you will walk past a number of statues to both sides of the pathway you are taking - several statues of children on either side, with a boy tooting a horn and a girl holding a dove. At the end of the pathway is a statue of Lenin (it will have letters spelling ЛЕНИН) - melee it a couple of times, breaking its leg and head and the achievement will pop.

DucKy BaByLenin is a hero, this achievement really tests my anti capitalist credentials

Maiden Ty One@DucKy BaBy - Lenin was a monster and you know it.

He was responsible for mass murder and was a violent man at his very core - the entire reason the Bolsheviks existed was because the early Communists of Russia split into two groups: the Bolsheviks loyal to Lenin, and the Menshoviks. The difference between the two was the Menshoviks wanted a non-violent, peaceful revolution - Lenin specifically wanted a violent revolution. He was a disgusting man and I for one tip my hat to the developers for this achievement.

Incidentally, the developers of this game are Ukranian - see, unlike you, who gets all your knowledge on Communism from pro-Communist books and anti-Capitalist propaganda, Ukranians actually encountered Lenin's and later Kruschev's Communism first hand and so know full well what the reality of Communism and the Soviet Union was. I love the irony that you self-proclaimed anti-Capitalists always indulge in the most Capitalistic products known to man, like videogames. Ever wonder what the videogame scene would look like under Communist rule? Go back to reading your propaganda.

The Location is part of the story progress in this level and you can't miss it. It is shortly after the beginning.
