How to unlock the HI SCORE MODE 30,000 points achievement

    You score points in this game with combos and it’s 100pts per hit.

    Choose any characters that you can confidently achieve multi-hits with or in my case I went with Joe/Chang/Ralf in that order.

    If you are unfamiliar with the controls, on the Character Order Selection screen you’ll want Joe to be first followed by Chang etc.
    Press cn_X cn_A cn_Y here.

    Joe is your point scorer and you should be able to get 30,000 with him alone. Simply spam the cn_Y button while moving towards your opponent. This move will generate 900-1200 points if the opponent doesn’t block.

    It’s totally possible to get 30k from the first two bouts but if Joe dies, simply use Chang by spamming cn_Y towards your opponent to survive the remaining rounds and then resume the point assault with Joe.

    I never used my 3rd character with this method.

    Sera Di SiahWorks perfect the first 2 rounds/6 characters, then on round 3 that piece of nutella spreaded cancer King comes along and nukes your 3 characters and there's nothing you can do. Fuck NeoGeo, never buying these trash games again. Easy Gamerscore isn't worth the loss of sanity.

    Android AraleI didn't have any issues in Caravan mode or Original mode but once I tried Hi-Score mode the ai was driving me crazy. In the very first fight the enemy was already framing me out, spamming specials, and going sicko mode like it was a final boss fight on the hardest difficulty. Then when they weren't killing me they would block everything so I would make it to the 5th fight and still have nowhere near 30k. I watched somebody else play and the ai behaved completely differently, they would just stand still and not even block for the first two fights. It made me think my game was just bugged and it wasn't supposed to be that hard. I deleted the game, deleted my save, reinstalled it and sure enough I got 30k on my first try easily.

    Joe's combo or King's trapshot didn't worked for me. Enemies just keep blocking.
    Trust me, if you want get this game done quickly, just choose Ryo as 1st player and spam his special move cn_right cn_left cn_right + cn_X on the first 3 fighters. Whenever the move lands, you'll deal 13 hits and 1300 pts. I reached 30000 in the very last punch of the 1st match.
