The achievement tracker does not work for everyone, which is often the case. Xbox One achievements can take up to 48 hours to unlock.

This achievement has glitched for some people.
You will unlock the Tier 4 Fury of the Bloodline warrior ability after installing Legacy of the First Blade - Episode 3: Bloodline for Assassin's Creed Odyssey. You will need 1 Ability Point to aquire it, and can use 2 more Ability Points upgrading it.

Fury of the Bloodline - Unleash a flurry of 5-6 attacks against a single enemy, each dealing 120%-150% Warrior Damage. Generate 3-4 Adrenaline segments.

After completing A Flight in Fire, the second quest from the Bloodline legacy chapter main storyline you will get the Heavy Blunt weapon The Roar Unending, which unlocks the engraving +20% Damage with Fury of the Bloodline Ability. You can then add that to all 3 of your weapons to increase the amount of Warrior Damage to over 200%. When equipped with other Gear that adds Warrior Damage (mine was +284%) I found I didn't need to weaken enemies first, but you may find you have to.

Even though Fury of the Bloodline doesn't consume Adrenaline segments, it does have a long cooldown, so it is better to only attack small groups of enemies (including animals and civilians). If you have the -25% Cooldown Duration for All Abilities engraving from the Sword Harpe of Perseus, you could add that to The Roar Unending, or your other equipped weapons instead.
