Once you have first been promoted to the top division in Master League (this will take one season to do if you come top or a promotion spot in the lower league), you will need to play through another season and qualify for Europe.
You then need to progress through the competition and win it. Once you have done this, and the calendar moves on to the following week you will get this achievement.
