I got this during mission 4 while playing as V. I played on easiest setting ( like I do most games) which makes it harder to acquire a good combo score. However when you get told how to build your devil trigger gauge
simply do the following hold
and alternate attacks rapidly

. Using
to summon nightmare when the devil trigger gauge is full. Worked for me and hopefully you guys too
