How to unlock the A Summer in Pole Position achievement

    ALL SEASONAL CHAMPIONSHIP ACHIEVEMENTS ARE BUGGY-!

    I think I found the best way to avoid the bug and unlock all seasonal championship achievements on first try! 4 of 4 for me in a row! Before this method I just played randomly, then got the bug, no cheevos for me. cry

    Please vote positive or negative if you tried this and worked or not worked!

    1. Play in Horizon Solo (Pause menu / Horizon Life tab / bottom right corner)
    2. Play against drivatars in Solo
    3. Choose the exact drivatar difficulty you see in the requirements
    4. Get 1st place on every race for the first time. You can restart the event any time, just go to the pause menu while in a race.
    5. Beat all 3 championships in one sitting (maybe you can put your console into Instant-On mode, but I never tried)
    6. Play only the actual season, so do not try to change the system date to get them earlier and make sure you are connecting to Xbox Live

    lucky55616I did 2 of the 3 championships and then decided to do one of them over again at a higher difficulty to get the car being offered. I got the achievement after doing one of the championships twice but without doing the 3rd championship at all. It appears you can get it for winning 3 seasonal championships but you dont have to do all 3 different championships.

    D1rtyOk, nailed it down in about an hour after reading all this. Did the lotus eaters and the old school chic champion ships. But I also did hot hatch and a street race for gsx, seasonal Speed zone and a speed trap. But I’m pretty sure the re racing the championship races nailed it for me. Thank you everyone that contributed 🔥🚗💯 ps was done in horizon solo

    x1001x PuppysMy guess is that not doing all 3 championships, 9 races, in a row without interruptions is the issue. Unlocked Fall, Winter, and Spring by doing them all in a row. Got distracted in Summer and did a few seasonal PR stunts, achievement didn't unlock right away. A hard reset of my One did the trick; popped when I rebooted the game. Hope it helps; really sick of achievements tbh.

    Hide Your TearsJust a friendly reminder if it doesn't unlock right away; please try restarting your game first before actually doing several races again. Simply closing the application and opening it again did the trick for me. It's worth the shot and takes a lot less time than doing some (or all) races again. Cheevo popped in the loading screen after restarting for me (October 2020).

    MarkavellliAs the previous comment stated, restarting your game should give you the achievement. I did not unlock the Summer one right away, so I restarted my game and it unlocked once I got control of my car.

    ChucklestyleRan offline, and did all 3 in 1 shot vs new racer difficulty and it popped which is great because I am complete trash at this game.
