How to unlock the Time for an Adventure! achievement

    *As of 3/21/19, it looks like Playground has addressed & fixed the problem, and disconnects aren't happening anymore. So if you were putting off doing another attempt, you should be good to go now. *

    In the main menu, under the section "Online Adventure" is a section for "Quickplay Adventure." Select it, and then click on "Free-for-all Racing." Its basically the same as Team Adventure, except you're solo and you will always play out all 5 rounds. Once you complete all 5 rounds, have gone through all the ending screens, and get back into a lobby, the achievement should pop.

    On my first attempt, I received a disconnect error during the end scenes after I completed all 5 rounds, and was booted back into a lobby. This didn't count for the achievement, even though I did technically finish all the races. So if you're having problems getting the achievment even though you completed an adventure, you may have just gotten disconnected early.

    Here is a breakdown of the steps necessary to get this achievement...

    Go into the pause menu
    Right bumper over to get to the Online Adventure tab
    Select Quickplay Adventure
    Select Free-For-All Racing

    Join a game and finish the adventure. You can join an adventure already in progress and the achievement will still pop.

    RecovskiI did join an active adventure already, and the achievement didnt pop. Out of all Bugs that everyone here is complaining, thats the only thing that actually happened to me. And i already did all 5 races before, but got disconnected at the end of the 5th race... seems also like a lot of peeps got the same prob, because the ratio is nearly the same as the ranked one

    mynameisbrI have got some messages from people since posting this asking how I got this one and the ranked one because of disconnects after the fifth race. I guess I got lucky that it all went so smoothly.

    Here's a potential work-around for those of you getting disconnected, like me, at the end of the last race.

    Press cn_start and cn_RB once to Horizon Life
    On the bottom center select Horizon Solo (if it's not there you're already in Solo)
    cn_RB over to Online Adventure
    Select Quickplay Adventure (big box in the middle)
    Select Free-For-All Racing
    Complete the fifth race

    The game is having problems switching players from the Quickplay Adventure to Online Horizon Life. This bypasses that and will hopefully give you a better shot at not disconnecting after the last race.

    Just got the achievement myself by starting the free-for-all racing right out of Horizon Solo. Before that I got a D/C in the last race of an event.

    LionQGreat guide. Using these steps I even got this cheevo while joining the 5th race of an already ongoing event. Literally took 2 minutes tops.
