How to unlock the Opening the Vault achievement

    Actions
    The mission occurs in the first zone west of the White House. The zone is called downtown west and is a level 17 zone.

    Once you unlock the zone by going to the campus settlement, you’ll be asked to talk to Henry Hayes. Doing so will unlock the level 16 mission Bank Headquarters. Finish that mission for the achievement.

    If anybody has problems in eliminating Roach at the end of the mission, please see this video for the best position. Took me one try (solo) to get it done, after multiple attempts in the 'starting' position. Good luck!
