    I set up this achievement.
    Use the loom and use the items: banner, banner item and bone meal (all in the chest to the left of the loom). It makes a new banner with an apple on it. It takes some time to pop

    Edit: Nevermind, it is the box to the right of the Sniper Duel sign in between all the banners.

    I have created a world for this. You can download it here:

    Download it, use the loom in front of you, use the lime banner, the orange dye, and the banner pattern, and boom, achievement unlocked (this may take some time to unlock, but it WILL unlock. Just keep yourself in the game until it does.)

    This world was made on 11.0.5 so you'll need to be part of the windows minecraft insider to use this world. In the microsoft store on windows 10, you will be able to sign up for the insider version of minecraft. Five minutes or so after signing up, you'll be able to download the beta updates, and thus, use this world.

    DwaggieniteAh @juicyjams, you need to be part of windows minecraft insider. There should be an option in the store on win 10 for you to join it. When you do, wait a few minutes, then you'll be able to update to the beta version (1.11.0.5), and that's what I made it on.

    BulletLukey has made an awesome world for this. You can join our realm (as long as it still runs) or download the world yourself.

    In this world, simply go to the update 1.10.0 area, and retrieve all the 3 items from the chest. Then interact with the block, place the stencil, dye and banner in their corresponding spot. Then make a couple of banners. If it doesn't pop try placing a few of them on the floor.
