    Player rank is the sum of the levels of all your different characters. They have to total 700 or more. Since the games work on a progressive leveling system, the XP needed for each level increases as the levels go up. Therefore you should switch around between characters to minimize your time spent.

    You have 12 characters to start. If you buy the 2 season passes, you can get another 6 characters (3 per pack) for a total of 18, which would make it go faster (again, since lower levels go up faster). I'm not doing it, so it'll take longer, but the option is there.

    NessNoldoAny way to get this without considering buying no DLC? How much could take to reach there that way? This game don't deserve a single penny.

    SashamorningYes, you CAN get there without the DLC... but it multiplies the grind.

    I actually stopped grinding for this. I don't want to buy the DLC either.

    To raise your Player Level, you'll increase it by playing online and ranked matches to level up your characters' levels. If you win, you'll get more XP, but if you lose, you won't get as much (this applies to your character levels as well). The Player Level is the sum of all your character levels combined. After awhile, the higher your character levels are, the slower the progress on leveling them up becomes. Unfortunately, a way to remedy the character leveling issue is to buy the DLC's (the more characters the less time spent leveling each one essentially). I suggest leveling each character (including/excluding DLC characters) to 20 first and keep going from there.

    Overall keep playing matches and leveling up your characters to raise your player level. Once you hit player level 700, the achievement will unlock!
