  On the stage Trucks you need to jump through 3 signs
  It needs to be in one game
  You can only jump through the missing signs
  If there's no sign missing go to the front of the truck and duck with B
  This way you can avoid getting hit and knocked off

  I had to jump through 3 signs holding the side of the truck or ducking didn't work

  Just got it, got knocked out three times because jumping was slow to react. Even fell off on the third attemt, but achievement popped regardless!

  Wasn’t able to get this one until I saw that video, standing at the front and waiting to jump worked perfectly for me.

  When playing the Trucks stage, road signs pass overhead periodically. Some will have a gap in one side of the sign.
  
  To win this achievement you need to pass through three of the gaps in one round. The easiest way to do this is to start a local game with you as the only player. Stand on the trucks and wait for a sign to appear in the distance. If both sides of the sign are present, run to the front of the truck and onto the top of the cab and press to lay flat whilst the sign passes overhead. If one side of the sign is missing, align yourself with it and jump as you reach it. This can be tricky as the trucks move away from each other periodically. With a bit of luck it shouldn't take you too long to get this achievement.
