How to unlock the I am the last of the council of wizards achievement

  Note: These characters only unlock after you've played the story once.
  
  Right in the start of the level of Free Play, when you're in a battle with Doctor Sivana, switch to Shazam (Wizard) with holding down . The achievement will unlock right after you hit him.

  You have to fight Sivana twice, and you can get the achievement if missed it during the first fight and you hit him during the second fight.

  It seems like you need to finish this level again in order for Shazam (Wizard) to unlock. (I finished this level before installing the Shazam pack, and once I installed the Shazam pack I had to replay this level before the character unlocked.) Once you start the level, change your character to Shazam (Wizard), and just start fighting SIvana. Mine didn't pop until he got the dizzy stars around his head, then I hit him once and it popped. This was in the first fight with him, you don't need to do this in the final fight with Sivana in this level.

  Lego Shazam! Movie Level Pack 2
  
  Complete the Main Story to unlock Free Play & your 10 unlockable Characters.

  

  

  Now load back into the game and select your main character as Shazam (Wizard).
