Destroy an XL Horde (a large horde with two screamers and a feral) at minimum Dread or harder.

How to unlock the Close Call achievement

    An XL Horde has at least 3 freaks in it. The ones that I see usually have 2 screamers and a feral, but there are several combinations. You will more than likely get this defending your base after moving to Dread or Nightmare zones.
