    Actions
    You'll spawn with a rock knife, equip it and find a zombie, they're common. Keep on swinging that rock (cn_RT) in your hands at the zombie, they'll die eventually. There are better ways to kill them, but this is the simplest and fastest if you're trying to get it quickly.

    Melancholy JayIs this cheevo bugged? I've killed a ton of "infected" by now, from the rock knife to the Mosin 91/30 and I've not popped this yet.

    Pinky300Got this achievement straight away. Killed the infected with my fists after about 10 seconds. Popped immediately.
