  If you dont unlock this achievement after your last sequence, like happened to me, then replay Sequence 1.6 Father Troubles quickly and the achivement should pop right as you finnish that mission. It will take you around two minutes...
  
  This bug was also present on the 360 version of the game and credit goes to "ShovelMage" for the solution since its identical from the 360 version.

  A quick tip if, like me , you were stuck on 8-2 go to the Ubisoft store and there is an enhanced supply pouch available for free meaning you can now carry 5 smoke bombs not 3 making this and 8-4 much easier ...
