    Actions
    Instead of the shock cave mission mentioned by Dibbs93, you can also complete the mission "The Legend of Moe and Marley". You can get the mission from the Fyrestone Bounty Board after Sledge: The Mine key is completed. For the next main story mission, you need to go through Arid Hills to get to Sledges Safehouse anyways, which is the location of Moe and Marley.

    They are variants of Badass Fire and Shock Skags and can be a bit of a pain to beat. I recommend doing the main quest first and try to kill them on the way back. I was able to kill them at level 15 with a blue Tediore Shotgun and a blue Maliwan SMG. Like with all Skags try to shoot their mouth when open for crit damage and stay away from Marleys shock blasts, or your shield will deplete quickly.

    You'll get a fire artifact as reward, just waiting in your inventory to be equipped.

    Zarda1If you import a character and fast travel to Skag Gully just to the east of where you spawn in is a ramp going up to a circular area with a skag named Scar. He'll drop an artifact that you can equip and unlock this achievement.

    VOODOO85I didn't get this during the main campaign but fast travelled back to Eridian Promontory and killed some enemies there who dropped an elemental artifact. Popped as soon as i applied it from my inventory

    You can get elemental artifacts quite early in the game, keep checking the mission board in the first town every so often and you will get a few quests at some point which will give one as a reward, one quest is for getting 50 shock rocks from a cave (I think the recommended level for the quest is 15 but I got this at 13) when you have turned in the quest you will be rewarded with an artifact just go into your inventory and use it and you will get the achievement
