Easiest done on the first level, start a new game on easy, once you get the pistol headshot 3 enemies, it's really not hard at all, you can almost walk up to them and sneeze on them before blowing their heads off, just don't accidentally press 'X', that'll reload the gun. You get 8 rounds in a clip.
