Towards the end of the track you go through a building on fire, but instead if once you get into that building you reverse and drop down to the ground floor, drive through a window and complete an alternate route through the building you’ll get the achievement.

Been through it 3 times now and it wont pop :(
EDIT: I restarted the game and did it again and it popped straight away.
