    The achievement description here is misleading. It says "Unlock all weapons by hitting every Convoy" where it really should say "Unlock all weapons." After completing the mission Prison Escape, all weapons unlock for the remaining few and you should get it at the same time as

    Confused ShelfAll weapons unlock from this point but you'll need to do some serious diamond hunting to afford them all. Try to only buy the guns and their upgrades and not the rest of the stuff you can buy so you can get as many of them done with just the story mission diamonds. That way you don't have to get so many diamond briefcases. There are exactly 1000 diamonds in the game and 1000 diamonds worth of goods to buy at stores.

    ApparatjikI managed to get all 1000 diamonds and purchase all weapons/upgrades (spending all 1000) yet this achievement and the one for getting all the upgrades never popped. NEAT lol
    Maybe I'll revisit this game in another 14 years

    When no missions are active go to a gun shop and go talk to the manager he will give you a mission to take out a convoy, once you take it out you will unlock some new weapons. Once you take out all of the convoys and unlock all of the weapons you will get this achievement.Also you do NOT need to buy the weapons for this achievement.

    You don't need to hit any convoys for this achievement. If you can get through the main story with your default weapons. When you get to the prison escape mission you'll get it when you leave there.

    You actually don't need to hit any convoys, you will get this achievement at the same time you get Prison Escape
