  According to the developper : "As far as BeckHAM goes, you have to kick the head TWICE, which is pretty tricky. Use uppercut (down, forward) as finishing blow to pop the head off, catch it, wait for an enemy to get closer, throw the head, jump kick it at the enemy, it will bounce upwards, jump kick it again.

  I just randomly spinned the LS. Eventually I got lucky and it unlocked while just grinding 1000 kills.

  Randomly “spinning” worked on the first try (actually on PS4). Was using the d-pad, but same principle. Was going counter-clockwise, and it just popped. Thanks, neeker75.

  This isn't hard at all. You can hit with the buttons and also the left thumbstick, mash both at same time to throw more hits out. The heads will come off sometimes and you can kick them again like weapons. You can see me do it in my video at 2:10

  Usually this should come naturally while grinding out the 1000 wolf kills.
  You have to decapitate a wolf and kick his head like a football, you have to kick it directly and not throw it after catching it first. Rotate the Left stick down and then to the side where the enemy is approaching.
  
  In my case it was impossible because i accidentally turned "blood" off in the settings while messing with the audio settings.
