10 0 0Actions Report Solution Throughout the game you will notice pigeons on the ground as you walk through the streets. Be sure to approach all pigeons you see and they will fly away. None of these are well hidden but be aware that sometimes when you re enter a screen/area that the birds seem to come back and not always in exactly the same spot so check properly.For reference the achievement unlocks near the start of chapter 4 after climbing out of the manhole and advancing a couple of screens.
