Chapter 2. Put one of the inverters in the fuse box of the crane, turns the crane upside down.
From your starting point, go up to the crane - interact with the fuse box and remove the broken fuse.
Exit through the tunnel at the top. Try and use the mine bike. Exit to the right.
Talk to the Doc. Tell him about your problems, tell him about the bike. Get a
power inverter.
The easiest solution is to go back to the crane now, and use the
power inverter with the fuse box. You can remove it afterwards.
