You earn crew members by earner Rep, doing tricks. You earn your first crew member once you have earned 1000 Rep with one Ride session. Second is earned 3k later once you get 4000, third is earned 5k later once you reach 9000 total for the session/ride.

You have to get a perk from all three of the different crew members, meaning you must have a BLUE, GREEN, AND YELLOW perk. The easiest way to notice this is if you have multiple Green perks, for example, you will only see a single crew member's face on the loading screens.

Getting 1000 points per level is about average for me, but try and pick stunt centric levels and should be able to get it in a single environment. Obviously you need to get to 9k and usually want to do that before dusk (7-8 nodes) so you'll need about 1500 a level if you start on Peaks.

You must not end the session by getting Rekt OR Retiring at the end of a level, you have to finish through the Peaks environment to finish the session. You can use the shortcut and start at Peaks, still counts!

Awaiting confirmation that it also unlocks when you click X -> End Session at the completion of any Boss Level.

SpakonAchievement is now patched, also worth noting that you can earn the achievement using the Peaks shortcut.

exactor itIt popped for me when I finished a complete run. It didn't pop when I had three different colour dudes when I recked out.

SpakonIt specifies 'finish a session' which means beating peaks/Volcano/Glacier boss jump.

khan800Can confirm that finishing Highlands boss level and ending session did NOT earn this achievement.

SkRAWRkFurther confirming that this achievement isn't unlocked when ending a session after a boss jump - I did similar to khan800 and ended a session with 4 crew members after finishing the Highlands boss level, however I did not receive the achievement for this.

Boots OrionI can confirm what Spakon wrote. It has to be the final level of a campaign.

While I can't confirm this since I got the achievement on a "start to finish" run, I don't think you need to beat all of the levels (Highlands through Peaks) for it to count. I think that you could technically meet the requirements by starting a run on Peaks, getting all three crew members (green, yellow, blue) and beating the Peaks boss jump.

One of the reasons I think this is that if you look at the Xbox Stats for this game it keeps track of the times you've completed the game. Currently it says that I've completed it twice. I've beaten the Peaks boss jump twice. Once on a start to finish run and once on a run I started at Peaks.

CurtiesonThe shortcut to Peaks is completely valid. I used it.

Boots OrionCool! Thanks for confirming - although I see that you wrote it at the end of your solution. I guess I just missed seeing it there.
