You will need to start up four separate Careers as four separate instruments (Vocals, Guitar, Bass, Drums). Play through all free gigs (gigs that you do not need to purchase in order to play) in all Careers. The difficulty chosen doesn't matter, you can choose from Beginner to Expert for all Careers.

-When you play Vocals set the difficulty to beginner, then place the mic in front of something that makes enough noise for the mic to pick up the sound (any Speakers, Fan, etc..) and let it sit through the songs.

DwaggieniteThis achievement just unlocked for me on the gig before the credits as I did the final instrument, Bass, so logically, that would confirm that the gig after credits is not needed. Hope this helps.

City NinjaI don't need an actual 360 microphone right? a chat mic will work? (obviously referring to vocals)

DELT4 UKFor vocals: If you're good at whistle-ing then its very easy to get the right pitch for the songs, I did quite a few songs like this into the old xbox 360 microphone on beginner. The rest I did by streaming the songs from my phone and holding it up to the microphone :P

Tips for the average lazy gamer:

Vocals: Go on beginner and put your mic up to a fan.

Guitar: There is another achievement for unlocking all guitars, so just go on a low difficulty and get 5 stars on all songs, including gigs you have to pay for.

Drums: Go on beginner and just tap every few times needed, you are less likely to fail on beginner.

Bass: Easier than guitar so you wont really need much help with this one.
