  Near the middle of chapter three, you will enter Mr. Lawrence's Inexplicable Ham shop and will notice a clickable pile of animal parts on the lower right-hand side of the screen. Click on them, arrange the parts in any way you want, and then click on the camera to take a picture. This will unlock the achievement.

  Here is my 100% Achievement guide!
  
  Around halfway in chapter 3, you can enter a ham shop (Mr Lawrence's to be precise).
  As you enter, look at the lower right part of the screen and you will see an abundance of meat just smashed together.
  Click on it and you enter a new screen.
  
  Now simply put any parts of meat where and how you want to make a little meat friend then click on the camera and achievement unlocks
