    This achievement should be unlocked shortly through the starting quest. If not the blacksmith is up the right side stairs just craft any weapon that requires behemoth parts and it should pop.

    ExtraNoWayAs soon as I arrived in Ramsgate after killing the first Behemoth, I ran up the stairs to the blacksmith, but there was no option to forge a weapon. Then I figured out I had to actually follow the quest facepalm (look for the exclamation points [!]):
    1) Talk to Katerin Sorrel (SSE of your starting position)
    2) Talk to Moyra Heigsketter, Armoursmith (SSW of Katerin)
    3) Talk to Wils Bormen, Weaponsmith (N of Moyra)
