Very simple achievement.
1) From the main menu go into Multiplayer
2) Scroll over to "Leagues"
3) Click "Find League"
4) You should see a number of suggested leagues. Pick any one and click it
5) Inside the league page just click Join League and if the league is open you will instantly get the achievement. Feel free to stick around or leave league at that point.
