Updated solution:
Level 12 has a teleporter (reported by many others) that you can walk straight into over and over. I have not tested this yet but am assuming they are right. Directions should not be needed. Here is a video example by EverStoned77

Original solution:
Level 10 of the tutorial is the first portal you run into. Most likely you will get this through normal progression of the game but if you replay a lot of levels you may get it sooner than later. If you flew through the game or just want the achievement then load up level 10 of the tutorial stage and do as follows:

Turn right 2, forward 4, left 1, forward 4, forward 2, right 1, forward 4, left 1, forward 2, right 1, forward 4, left 1, forward 2, right 1, forward 4, repeat underlined part.

The video is proof the original solution is way slower than the new one

It has been brought to my attention that this achievement can be buggy/glitchy and require nearly double the amount to unlock. When I wrote the walkthrough for this game I had to run each level so many times that I had it unlocked very early into the game. It should pop so just keep pushing and perhaps try shutting down the Xbox and reloading the game.

Ok, so I finally got around to finishing this game (started it for a community challenge) & I messed up the start of replaying lvl.12 so instead of starting over I decided to just walk straight towards the nearest teleporter which spawned me right in front of another (or quite possibly the same) teleporter & so I simply could hold the D-pad up button pressed & got the achievement in a matter of seconds lol

I actually captured the last 30sec thinking I'd be able to show how I did it unfortunately it wasn't far enough back but it seemed like the teleporter was very close to the starting point & as I remember it it was on a wall so I had to WF once to get to it
