Act 1. After you acquired Pygarian Seal, follow Ludomir. At some point you see Pygarian Seal on the left, Ludomir tells you that it is where previous Emperors are buried. Unlock seal, split with Ludomir and after a while you will unlock your first Omensight (by witnessing echo of some important event).
