  at the end of the test chamber 16 carry the disabled turret into the energy field and you'll get this

  This can also be done by dropping a disabled turret into the swampy mud stuff you get sometimes.

  Any room with a turret will work, easiest with 16. Just carry the last turret (It can be active or deactivated, it makes no difference) into the chamber lock and you will hear him say his last gibberish as the achievement pops up.

  On the challenge "Still Alive 6", there comes a point where you have to portal in behind a turret. Pick it up and drop it into the water in front of it, and the achievement is yours.
