    During the mission Aftermath

Start walking towards the objective, until Tinker starts barking. Follow the dog instead, until you reach Holba. Go through all dialogue options with Holba.

This starts the mission "Angel of Mercy"
(Do not enter the city until you have done this mission)

Our objective is to find and help any surviviors.

    Objective B:
There is a cuman guard patrolling the area. Sneak around, and stealthly take him out. This guard should have 1 bandage to loot.
Inside one of the houses is Jarmila, Talk to her and tell her the deserter is dead.

    Objective D:
Find Marosh and talk to him. Tell him you will help to find Pavlena
You will find Pavlena a bit north of where Marosh is walking.
Go back to Marosh and tell him you found her, and tell him shes dead.
(Marosh will reward you two bandages)

    Objective C:
Find Woodcutter Julian in the middle of the burnt buildings. Talk to him. and select the folowing dialogue options:
    - What happened?
    - What are you looking for?
    - You're a woodcutter
    - I have to try something else

Then slook behind Julian for an axe. Pick it up and go back to him:
    - Here's your axe.

    Objective A:
Find Potter Stanislav trying to break a door open. In the dialogue select:
    - How did you survive?
    - Don't you have your key?
    - I'll help

Walk to the west, behind the house, and follow the road across the bridge. Find the key on the ground next to some firewood.
Then run back to the house and open it. In the first room to the left, in the corner you will find a bag of grochen.
Once outside, kill the looter, then give the money to Stanislav.

    Objective E:
Now its time to go back to Holba, and heal him.
And the achievement should unlock here.

xFadE8to5BlacKxI did the Holba one first, wrapped his leg and walked him to the road. Just wanted to add that the achievement pops no matter what order there done in.

Solobrus22yes. I just never had any bandages for Holba on any of my playthroughs, and therefore had to do the other ones first. As they reward you with bandages. ;)

HideousWisdomI have completed the quest twice now. It just won't cough up the achievement.

HideousWisdomI just want to state that there are two things that can prevent achievements from popping once you've earned them. First is if you are playing on a second timeline the game seems to get confused and not count achievements that have already started tracking on the first timeline/playline/save.

The second is that the game must be shut down properly when you quit. Its best to choose "Save and Exit". If you don't close the game out and it autostarts next time you play some achievements might not pop. The solution is to always save and exit right before you are about to hit an achievement. I read about this on the forum and tried it and it helped me pop several that I was missing and super frustrated about.

nicolethepurpleLike the other person I attempted this achievement multiple times. Once i saw what they wrote I applied it to my game. I played in the first play through and saved and exited before the achievement moment I still did not receive it. Im not sure what possibly could be wrong as I followed the guide step by step. Guess its just one of those moments you say oh well.
