  Just to make things clearer, this achievement is unlocked after causing a ROCKET sentry to hit itself with a rocket, not just a normal turret as the previous solution may suggest.
  I take no credit for the video i just think it is easier to follow than the written guides. Full credit goes to sickder666 for making some helpful videos.

  Great video. For those who haven't played in a while, this is between Test Chamber 19 and the final boss.

  SPOILER: After escaping from Test Chamber 19, you come to a room with glass blocking your path. Press the button to activate the turret. It breaks the glass to go through. Place a portal on one wall then a portal on the other side of the square room. Let the turret line up the shot then get out of the way.
