This seems simple enough, you need one each of Gold, Starcards, Records, Toys, Concept Art, and Death Cards.

However it can glitch out quite easily. To avoid this you have to make sure that you get one of each of the others before getting a Death Card and when you do immediately hit "Enter" to return to the Eva's Hammer. If you chose to stay in the district it can glitch out.

The best approach seems to be to get one each Gold, Starcards, Records and Art during the campaign before doing any of the districts. Once you're back in the Hammer head to the Manhattan Nuclear Bunker to get the last two. You don't need Enigma Codes for this as it's unlocked without them.

At the end you need the Constrictor Harness to get to the Commander, if you didn't pick it during your play through it's right before the commander on a rail cart, jump behind the cart to find one of the toys. Get them then take out the commander.

If however you end up falling prey to the glitch the normal Xbox solution doesn't work because you can't remove your save game from the cloud and it auto syncs to your PC.

But there are a couple of solutions. The simplest is to change your default Windows store install location to a different drive, see guide below, reinstall the game and start again.

When you reinstall your save games will be there but the app data linking your achievement progress will be reset allowing you to re-earn anything that glitched on you. You will have to start a new game in a new save slot or over write one. For me that was this achievement, the Panzerhund, and the difficulty ones. All of which I was able to re-earn after changing install location, a simple reinstall didn't do it and nor did just using a new save slot.

If you don't have another drive/partition to install to you can find the appdata on your drive and delete that. If requires changing a lot of permissions as it's a Windows Store app which can cause various issues. I'm not even sure if it would work, as I didn't do it, and I believe it is against the site's rules.
