  Just play multiplayer or horde until you get the level 10, you can get this challenge and the one for complete 3 horde matches.

  I had met the requirements ages ago on game pass,because I gave up game pass I unistalled the game this and a bunch others unlocked on start. My guess I had dash boarded rather than quit even though I had tured my Xbox off in between playing.
  Guess you need to quit and restart if it doesn't pop.
