  The screen wraps around, so if you go off the screen on your right you re-enter on your left and vice versa. Simply fly from one side to the other to farm this. If you have the boost upgrade this will be a lot quicker.

  Faster still, you can hold left / right to fly in a circle on the edge of the screen to wrap back and forth.
