If you're nearing your target level and need some extra time to gain Bad karma, the market in Rivet City is the place to go.

    * You can kill the people there. Duh.
    * Shrapnel, one of the can't die, so he'll prevent you levelling up until you're done and leave the area.
    * You can steal things from the stalls - plenty of Bad karma

Extra tip: save up some cash/trade items and buy all the trader's weapons so they can't fight back as easily ;)

On PC: You can get this legit or you can use console commands.
Press the tilde (~) to open the console.
"rewardKarma -500" (without quotes), will take you from neutral karma to bad karma (minus 1000 if your on good karma).
Then enter "player.setlevel 8" (again without quotes). Leave the console and wait for a bit and the achievements will unlock.

On Xbox: Get to good Karma, then just before you finish a quest to get to level 8, either go on a small killing spree to get ot neutral or a big killing spree to get to bad. Keep reloading the save until you have all three achievements for that level. This way you don't have to play thourgh it more than once.

An easy way of getting this, and every Achievement, in Fallout 3 PC, is by pressing the ~ button on the main menu.

On the bottom left of the screen a | sign will appear and you can start typing,

    By typing,

    addachievement 1
    addachievement 2
    addachievement 3

    all the way up to,

    addachievement 72

This and every other achievement will instantly pop for you.

Also, in NO way, shape or form is this any version of hacking or gamesaving. Your gamerscore will NOT be reset nor will you have to worry about the TrueAchievement Investigation Team labelling you as a cheater. This is a feature that was intentionally left available to the public in this game by the developers. Why they did this? I have absolutely no idea. Maybe this is the one time developers tossed achievement connoisseurs a bone for all the times they have created near-impossible achievements, or maybe they forget to turn this off before publishing the game.

As typing it's begin November 2013, and Microsoft already announced that GFWL will shutdown soon, rumours are begin 2014, with that all achievements for GFWL will become unobtainable.

So if you wish to give your Gamerscore a quick boost, 1550G in about 20 minutes of typing, or mop up the last achievements that you need, do it now before it gets shutdown!
