  Shoutout to Sashamorning for coming up with the main idea for getting this achievement, however even using his (her? ) guide in previous madden's I had still struggled on getting this to work properly. However, I managed to find a way to make this insanely easy to unlock.
  
  Go to the community files and download my roster titled "Giantmolasses." This roster has every player on the giants set to 0 acceleration and 0 speed with the exception of Oshane Ximines. Load up an exhibition match with the giants vs. the giants and you'll see why I named it molasses. The players are absolutely hobbled with the exception of Oshane.
  
  I used the two controller method in conjunction with my roster edits and got the achievement within 3 snaps. the exact setup is as follows;
  
  - 2 controllers
  - ensure dummy account is set to all-madden difficulty and main account is set to rookie
  - make sure speed parity is set to 0 and fumbles are set to 0
  - kick off with main controller to dummy account
  - dummy account selects special teams --> fake punt w/ release
  - main account selects a deep zone play, I used cover 4 drop/palms/etc.
  - press Y on main account and push left stick up to get all defenders to drop back further in coverage
  - move Oshane offsides far enough away from the punter that you don't auto-sack him but close enough that you don't get caught in a block by the FB/RB
  - close in on the punter and use RB to swat at the ball, should instantly cause a sack fumble
  - recover fumble with Oshane, while everyone is significantly slower than normal, it will still take a moment for your player to get up to recover the fumble, pay attention to your teammates hobbling towards the ball, if they're getting close, switch to them quickly and pull them away and then switch back to Oshane and recover the fumble
  - decline the ensuing penalty with the dummy account
  - achievement should unlock right after you decline the penalty
  - voila!
  
  NOTE: This method works so well that I actually popped the achievement using Alec Ogletree who was also set to 0 speed and 0 acceleration!

  I'm at an hour of trying this method and I literally can't even force 1 fumble. I get 2-3 a game on franchise at pro difficulty and I literally haven't gotten one trying this.
  
  Edit: Put in the 3rd string QB, called Hail mary, and then got it first try. My advice, don't try on punter. I couldn't get him to fumble even once.

  Thank you for sharing. Biggest problem I had was making sure that Ximines was in at ROLB so you can move him off the line and go offsides, and to make sure that the dummy team has him subbed out in all positions. He ends up on the punt team and sprints back to grab the fumble before your Ximines can stand back up and grab it.

  If anyone's tryna do this before the servers go down, make sure Ximines is starting ROLB on the depth chart and after the ball is snapped to the punter, come at him with Ximines from the right side (not straight at him) and mash RB, fumbled it almost every time that way

  TL;DR (with 2 controllers):
  0*) preload roster from Cheevo Guides called "triplecrown"
  1) edit QB's rating "CARRYING" to 0 and attributes "COVERS THE BALL" to never and "SENSE PRESSURE" to oblivious
  2) set slider settings "Player -> Fumble" to 0 and "Player -> Tackling" to 100
  3) defense run play "MAN COVERAGE" -> "MAN ZONE" -> "Man Up 3 Deep"
  4) offense run play "PLAY TYPE" -> "HAIL MARY" -> "Shot Save Clock"
  5) use a lineman to rush QB and button mash and pray for RNGeezus to give you the achievement
  
  * - not sure if this step is necessary or not, but that was the most recent roster I had loaded
  
  Not to knock on the other guides for I used similar methods mentioned for previous versions of this achievement. I just wanted to list this as an alternative for those that are still struggling with this achievement and utilized all the previously written solutions for many hours to no avail. Using this slightly different approach, I was able to obtain the achievement within minutes. With the other solutions, I found the FB or P doesn't engage the defender enough to allow me to try to even strip the ball away and just gets sacked instead. Or when the FB does get stripped, too many offensive/defensive players are around and will pick up the ball. The LB that strips the FB is usually well behind the play still bear-hugging the FB to come up and recover the fumble.
  
  By setting up the play where the QB drops back to throw gives you a good 5-10 yd window from the scrimmage line. The deep zone coverage ensures that no other defensive players are near the action except for the 3 d-linemen. Sacking the QB seems to be better than the FB or P because he'll try to fend off the defender 8/10 times allowing you to swipe at the ball using . I tried using the regular hail mary plays and the RB ended up salvaging the ball a few times. Once I used the "Shot Save Clock" play where the RB goes out on a route, stripping the ball from the QB gives you a good 3-5 seconds before the other CPU players come to make a play on the ball. If you're able to beat them to it, bleep bloop. If not, try again. Took me literally less than 10 minutes with the Hail Mary plays after struggling for hours with the Fake Punt or Fake Punt to FB plays.

  This one worked for me. For some reason, the punter was holding onto the ball better than Brady.

  Download "TripleCrown" Roster
  Exhibition 》 49ers Vs Bills (2 controllers)
  Press start 》 Settings 》 Sliders
  Put Fumbles to 0 and tackling to 100.
  Play game:
  With 2nd controller (Bills). Go to Special Teams 》 Fake Punt FB Pass.
  With the 49ers. Select any Man Blitz Play.
  Make sure to Press RB to Strip when tackling.
  🚨This is the Hardest Achievement and will take multiple attempts. Be patient and keep trying🚨
  

  What's different about my roster? The FB for the Bill's is the QB we will be sacking during the fake punt. I adjusted his attributes so he doesnt cover the ball. Also turned his sliders to 0.
