This mutator is unlocked very high up in the upgrades. Once you unlock it, just start up a deathmatch with 4 players and only have the robo-thieves mutator on and press
on an opponent to steal their armor. Might also have to press
on their loose armor when you knock it off. Repeat 3 times and achievement unlocked.
