Just chuck grenades whenever. One of the best ways to get some quick kills is find a point (such as when you must plant explosives in warehouses) where several enemies will run at you at once. Chuck a grenade right where they will run out at, and trigger them to spawn. Easy kills right there. Otherwise, throw grenades until you hear the achievement pop.
