Rather simple, assault the train, keep going with it until you stop at the first set of buildings. Jump off and go behind the farthest building to destroy the first objective. Continue on the train until the second stop, and complete your objective here. Finally, blow the small cliff up and destroy the train by placing explosives on the barrel at the front of the train.
