First off I will give some advice that I think may help. As it has already been noted you may want to go for this last, but it is up to you. Simply because you will have eight (8) skill points for getting the Rank of General (Bonus Objectives) and beating the game on Hard. This will insure that you are killing enemies in one shot, taking more hits, and regaining life faster.
Now obviously you want to try and run through as many areas as you can. Also grenades will really help you out when you are running by areas to minimize enemies and also to get through areas where you need to eliminate a certain amount of enemies to continue. Having that said here is the list of Target Times for each level you will need to beat.
When you go to level select you can also see the target times. The unhelpful thing about this is that it does not tell you right after you beat the mission. It only tells you what time you completed it in. So that makes this list quite helpful. I hope this helps and good luck.
