    Bureau Alerts are the time-limited missions that randomly pop up. You'll know when one is active, it'll flash up in massive yellow letters and an annoying alarm will blast out.

    It's worth doing this before you finish the main story line, as I think they spawn a bit more infrequently once you've completed the game.

    Edit to include comments: jakubzazula says you should start to get them about 30 minutes after you've completed the main story.
    WhoIsJohn117 recommends doing some side missions if you've completed the game and they're not appearing after this time.

    You'll have 20 minutes to complete each Bureau Alert (the remaining time is tracked in your mission menu). If you die during the 20 minute window, you'll fail that Alert.

    They're not too hard. Track the mission from your menu, fast travel nearby and go for it. Objectives vary but include:
    - protecting FBC agents
    - clearing out enemies
    - destroying small destructible blocks of red hiss crystal...stuff

    If Bureau Alerts aren't appearing
    If you aren't getting any alerts appearing at all, UnmatchedBrace recommends completing the 'Put a Record On' side mission. This may make them start appearing again.

    NoHeroes94I've had a glitch where I can't finish Put a Record On. It just takes me straight to the Expeditions and doesn't ever progress the side mission past "put a token in the jukebox". Others have had the same problem.

    Sol76I did do 1 of the “put a record on” missions ( the easiest one , costing one token ) but it stays in my missions list. And no alarms after completing it.
    Do you have to complete all three of the missions or is one enough?

    IdanSTIt started appearing to me every 30 minutes after I have finished the first mission and got to maintenance floor for the first time.
    You can finish that before you finish the story

    metallicafan459To add my own observations on this. They spawned for me every 20mins. I had completed all other missions other than ‘Put a record on’

    vI Demon IvHalfway through mission 6 and I've only had one of these notices so far.
    I did not have this issue with the Ultimate Edition version.

    BobmmI die (thus fail) these alerts 80% of the time. The easiest I've found so far are the "Hiss Nodes" ones, as you can finish them without actually killing everything that spawns. "Put a record on" bug still exists, recommend getting this achievement BEFORE starting that side quest (you pickup a jukebox token in Executive near the control point to start).

    Nave SutlefDid 5, got the achievement. Is there any reason to keep doing them? They don’t seem to give anything except the drops from the Hiss.

    TMAC 93XI completed everything in the games and dlcs and I only got one of these to spawn
