This is a very simple achievement to get. On your trek down you will notice force fields/bubble auras that lead off to siderooms. Entering these bubbles freezes time outside--e.g. all enemies will freeze in place--until you exit them again.
Simply fight your way down the first section and exit without visiting any of these siderooms for an easy 10 GS.
