This mission is unlocked after you complete the final mission in the campaign. If you looked at the map during the final mission's loading screen, you should have seen three blue rectangles in the river next to Vicksburg. These are the Ironclads which you are in now. Basically, shoot the buildings that are red and glowing. Lots of arch is required to hit them, so make sure you watch where you are putting them.
