    I'm not sure if this is possible without free play turned on. I did this on Vasara 1 Stage 1.

    troyoyI tried this and assumed it was for boss only, looks like you are not shooting at anyone. Thumbs up and I will try this. Is there a free play? I just hit LB to get more credits for continue. I am playing NTSC and JP versions of this, thanks bud :) Just did it back to back on both versions. I think if you kill any one carring a flag you wont get this. Definatley dont kill any boss or midboss, better off not shooting like video shows.

    FaSCoRPLB inserts a coin, you have then to press menu button to continue.
    And you don't have to destroy anyone. As mentioned, it can be done on Vasara 1 - Stage 1 or Stage 2 too. Stage 3 is not possible since you die with the boss and start from the beginning.
