This achievement applies to The Bard's Tale II: The Destiny Knight.

Here's the quick version:

Go to five dungeons and listen to five magic mouths:

- Grey Crypt, level 2, N11 E4, "If the spell of dreams you wield, safe you'll be behind its SHIELD."
- Maze of Dread, level 2, N9 E10, "Though enemies wear plate and sallet, a dream can crush them like a MALLET."
- Fanskar's Castle, N20 E21, "To the worthy I reveal, a dream to mend, a dream to HEAL."
- Oscon's Fortress, level 2, N16 E19, "Sword or mace or axe or pike, dream a dream to gain a STRIKE."
- Dargoth's Tower, level 3, N8 E13, "Illusions cunning and corrupt, a dream can shatter and DISRUPT."

Then go to the Destiny Stone dungeon with an archmage and enter the words, one at a time, at the magic mouth at N8 E18 on the first level: SHIELD, MALLET, HEAL, STRIKE, DISRUPT.

Details:

Prior to the remastered "Trilogy" version of The Bard's Tale II, getting the Dreamspell was just a matter of going to the right dungeon and typing in a four-letter code. That's no longer the case; if you're trying to ZZGO, it's not going to work. (Though perhaps it does still work that way in Legacy Mode - if so, that's how you get it: Go to Destiny Stone, Level 1, N8 E18, and tell it ZZGO.)

To get the Dreamspell, you need to gather up five words from five different dungeons. You must go to each of the magic mouths in the dungeons. This cannot be skipped, unlike many other keywords in the game. If you try, you won't be allowed into the room to get the Dreamspell.

(Note that it may also require that you go to Saradon's Workshop. As I did the workshop before grabbing the Dreamspell, I'm not sure... but I don't think that it does. If you're enjoying the story, Saradon's section added in for the remastered version is enjoyable and gives hints about where to get the words, so I recommend it, either way... and it's needed for A Fallen Hero achievement, anyway.)

These can be obtained in any order, but cannot be skipped. If you're aware of it, it's easiest to grab them as you do the dungeons (as some cannot be gotten to with Apport Arcane [APAR]), but all of them can be grabbed afterward:

Once you've grabbed them all, you need to go to the Destiny Stone dungeon. There are many guides about how to get in there (or any of the above dungeons), so be familiar with those (and I recommend using the maps at https://bardstaleonline.com/bt2/maps, although they're not perfect, especially for The Bard's Tale II.)

The room that you want is on the first level at N9 E18, which is in the same large area where the stairs leading to the second level are at (it's the only other room in that big open area, I3 in the bardstaleonline.com map.)

You'll be prompted by the magic mouth for a collection of words, so enter each one, one at a time, in its own window: SHIELD, MALLET, HEAL, STRIKE, DISRUPT. Afterward, the door into the room will be open and you can head inside. It will prompt you to specify an archmage to learn the spell. I believe (though haven't confirmed) that it must be an archmage, but he or she does not need to be able to cast archmage level 7 spells. The specific character specified receives the spell and you're booted out of the room. You can then turn around and go back in to give the spell to any other applicable archmage, so make sure you get the all, if you've got multiples.

Then you just need to cast the spell for the cheevo! I recommend saving, then casting it, then loading your save, as it will prompt you for a place to teleport to.

This spell is incredibly helpful for getting out of dungeons, as it teleports you right out. It's a bit different from how it had been in the original design of the game, too:
