In Chapter 2 when you got all the ingredients for the Volcano Beserker drink, head to the bar and look at the cocktail menu which you got earlier to order the drink. Try to pick it up and Harvey will appear to prevent from drinking. You have to hypnotize him with the yarn. Then you are back to the hypnosis world.

Make a SAVEGAME here just in case anything glitches out.

Then you can drink the coffee to get back to the real world. Make sure to at least see all the cutscenes ones to prevent the game from glitching. Afterwards repeat the process of drinking the Volcano beserker, hypnotizing Harvey and drinking the coffee about 15 times to finally unlock the achievement.

I had the biggest struggle with getting this achievement in Chapter 2 while trying to avoid the glitching coffee cup.
What I found to work best was to skip only the scenes where you touch the "Volcano Berserker" and Harvey talks about alcohol/milk. Use "A" everywhere else to speed up the hypnosis animations. For example, the process will be like this:

1) touch volcano berserker, use skip
2) Harvey comes out, use skip
3) use yarn on Harvey, the screen switches to Harvey getting hypnotized, ONLY USE "A" 1 or 2 times
4) screen switches to Lili getting hypnotized, ONLY USE "A" 1 or 2 times
5) screen switches back to Harvey, ONLY USE "A" 1 or 2 times
6) screen switches to the hypnotized world, touch coffee
7) screen switches to Lili getting un-hypnotized, ONLY USE "A" 1 or 2 times
8) screen switches to the regular world in front of volcano berserker, then rinse & repeat
