How to unlock the the asylum achievement

    This achievement is for the first of the three endings of the game.

    At the end of Chapter 3 you have to fight Mother Superior.

    After the fight do another FINAL SAVEGAME.

    When you use your knive at Dr. Marcel he is talking for a bit, then you have the option to contradict (right most option). Do this 5 times and one ending is unlocked.

    Afterwards you can back out to the menu and reload the savegame to unlock:
