  There are a few ways to generate Shivs:

  

  There are likely numerous ways to generate 10 Shivs in a single turn, but I was able to do so with the following cards:

  

  I had played two Infinite Blades so I was generating 2 Shivs per turn. I played one Shiv, then drew cards to fill my hand (I also had a Swift Potion) with one of the 10 cards in hand being Storm of Steel. Playing Storm of Steel discarded 9 cards to add 9 Shivs, then I played them for a total of 10 and the achievement unlocked.

  Storm of Steel is the clear favourite here, but I was able to get this by using Rush and Nightmare on a Cloak and Dagger+, along with a couple of Infinite Blades active. Sometimes you just get the wrong rares.

  I gained an artifact which stated I did not discard my hand at the end of my turn. I would play blade dance and keep the shivs until I had 10 on a single turn.

  Just to add, Nightmare (triple a card in your hand next turn) & Blade Dance+ gets you 9 alone. One other source and an enemy to absorb enough damage and you're golden.

  There's a potion that puts 3 shivs in your hand too. So I used that plus two Infinite Blades+ for 11 shivs total.
